We work on One-to-N kind problems (hence the name One2N), those where Proof of concept is done, and the work revolves around scalability, maintainability and reliability of software systems.

The journey to go from One to N is fraught with engineering and organization scaling challenges. We are on a mission to help startups scale from One to N. We have done this for multiple startups and hence decided to start a company with this sole focus. Talk to us to know more.

Short answer: easy to remember and availability of the domain name

• As with the standard variable naming convention in many programming languages, we start with a letter as a first character. That rules out 1twoN, 12N, 1ton and hence we start with "One"
• Our focus is to help you reach "N" (as in geometric progression or hockey stick growth), hence the capital N.
• To connect the One and N, we use 2 in numeric.

We work with both startups and large companies, but anywhere we work, we operate with a startup mindset. The most important elements of the startup mindset are focus and speed of iteration.

Focus is about doing one thing well, as described in the Unix Philosophy. We currently only work on Backend and Reliability engineering and we have deep expertise in these areas.
Speed of iteration is the mentality that "Done is better than perfect". We build and ship products with fast feedback loops (Automated tests, Continuous Integration, Deployments, and Observability) and Pragmatic Philosophy.
We strive to continuously learn and improve our core expertise.

Currently, we don’t take up work related to frontends or mobile apps. In the past, we have built production quality web UIs and mobile apps, however, our current focus is solving deep tech problems related to backend systems. We may pick up web and mobile app development in future. If you connect with us for any frontend or mobile app work, we will refer you to our strong partner network.

So that we can do ownership based work. We generally don't engage in a hands-on-hire engineer model.
